- Andy Malco 12" snips with 3" blades for cutting siding and aluminum.
- Malco Siding Removal Tool useful for removing siding and clipping siding in over windows
- Malco Snap Lock Punch for making a hook in the siding to clip the last piece of siding into the undersill trim
- Lenox Gold Quick Change Utility Knife this is an excellent utility knife, the blade is easy to flip around and the knife quickly opens up to change the blade
- Stanley Anti-vibe hammer just a good hammer
- Swanson Speed Square for finding angles, marking siding and fascia metal
- Empire Torpedo Level keep it in your nail bags to quickly check that the siding is staying level as well as leveling in the fascia to the wall
- Occidental Finisher Nail Bags these awesome nail bags are made in America, lightweight and the placement of all the little pouches have been carefully thought out (if you're only doing one job they might not be worth the price though)
- Chalk Line with blue chalk not red, if you get red chalk on the siding it doesn't come off easily. It says on the bottle of red chalk "there is no known way to remove red chalk"
- Nail Slot Punch in my experience these ones are geared the best to minimize effort
- Carpenter Pencils you'll need something to make marks on the siding
- Chisel often I find a use for one, whether there is a framing error or I need to use it to pry out the dripedge to slip the fascia metal underneath
- Makita Cordless Impact Gun very helpful for screwing in soft screws ie. stainless steel, aluminum etc. The reason these impact guns are great is because they hammer as they turn the screw, the hammering keeps the bit seated in the screw really well
- Trim Nail Punch when you have a little piece of J-channel to nail or a piece of J that won't sit flat you can use this to put a nail in the trough of the J to make it look a lot better
